Bio
Heath is a Marietta native and graduate of the University of Georgia, majoring in Consumer Economics. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition and development of land around the Southeastern United States as well as land consulting and management. Over his career he has closed 125+ land transactions and is licensed to sell real estate in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina. These transactions represent more than $150 MM in total sales. In 2014 he co-founded Macallan Real Estate. In 2017, Heath was recognized as a top-ten land broker by the Atlanta Community Board of Realtors, then in 2019 was named in the Georgia Bulldog 100. Heath resides in Atlanta with his wife Molly Plyler Milligan and their two children. He is a foundation member for the Atlanta Youth Academy and a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
