Bio
Harsh Raghuvir joined Wheelock in 2024, and covers asset management for the firm’s West Coast portfolio, with a particular focus on Wheelock’s LIHTC and Senior Housing assets within its Long Term Value Fund.
Prior to joining Wheelock, Mr. Raghuvir spent 4 years at PIMCO, with a focus on portfolio management of the Allianz group’s equity real estate mandate in the U.S., through its PIMCO Prime Real Estate platform. Before his tenure at PIMCO, Mr. Raghuvir worked at Clarion Partners’ Los Angeles office, focused on portfolio management of various separate accounts across all major asset and risk types. Prior to his work at Clarion Partners, Mr. Raghuvir was part of the acquisitions team at Hackman Capital Partners, focused on industrial, office, and studio assets. Mr. Raghuvir started his real estate career at OUE Limited, as an asset management analyst at the iconic U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles.
Mr. Raghuvir received an M.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Geography from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Raghuvir completed his military service obligations with the Singapore Armed Forces in 2012.
