Harry Krausman began his career as a corporate real estate advisor and broker in 1974. He is currently Senior Managing Director for Tenant Representation Services in Cushman & Wakefield’s headquarters office in New York. During his extensive real estate career, Mr. Krausman has represented some of the nation’s most distinguished firms. He has participated in transactions valued in excess of $3 billion. His focus includes developing and implementing strategies designed to reduce occupancy costs, increase productivity as well has providing portfolio and transaction management for national and multinational firms. Some notable transactions include: Sirva Worldwide (global portfolio management for 120 leases. The sale of its 288,000 sq ft regional headquarters in Ft.Wayne Indiana and relocation to 80,000 sq ft office lease), Santander Bank (sale of 70,000 sq ft office condo and relocation to 40,000 sq ft in Manhattan and 25,000 sq ft relocation of its New Jersey regional office), EisnerAmper LLP (85,000 sq ft relocation of main office in Manhattan), FactSet Research Systems ( 33,000 sq ft expansion in Manhattan and lease transactions in Chicago, San Mateo, London, Frankfurt and Paris, Collective Inc. ( 32,000 sq ft office lease and expansion of 57,000 sq ft), Johnson and Johnson ( 35,000 sq ft relocation for new product design division), Catalyst Inc. (18,000 sq ft relocation and expansion), LLadro ( Sale of retail flagship and office building on 57th Street and new Madison Avenue retail lease), NYCHA ( lease renewal and expansion for their LIC division totaling 450,000 sq ft).
