Bio
Harper was born and raised along the Gulf Coast in Alabama. Growing up in a real estate family, Harper achieved a Real Estate Finance degree from the University of Mississippi. Harper began her career in 2009 at Franklin American Mortgage Company in Nashville, TN.
In 2011, Harper became the Director of REO Properties for ERA Herman Group Real Estate in Denver, CO. In 2014, Harper transitioned into the world of commercial brokerage, joining Cassidy Turley which later became Cushman & Wakefield, supporting a team of seasoned industrial brokers. In 2016 Harper was recruited to support a top performing Private Capital Investment Sales Team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Harper was pleased to return to Cushman & Wakefield as a broker in 2018. Harper was awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s “Rookie of the Year” in 2019 and continued to be a standout producer and advisor to her clients. She joined Thrive Commercial Group in 2022 to continue serving her clients.
Harper’s professional passion is finding creative ways to service real estate needs of both user and investor clients as well as developers.
Harper enjoys spending her time away from work with her husband, their two young children, and a 14-year-old pup. On most weekends you can find her family in the mountains skiing, fishing, camping, hiking, or enjoying concerts. Harper’s happy place is around the dinner table with her family. Harper is an accomplished and clever culinary artist and enjoys finding new ways of preparing healthy meals.
