Harout toiled with an array of top real estate firms for years, but it soon became apparent that clients were not receiving the comprehensive support they deserved to optimize their results. Harout has never settled for the status quo, so he set out to disrupt an entire industry—in Southern California of all places—and that’s why he founded JohnHart Real Estate. Harout earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from USC, and went on to run the construction company, MK Designs, where he discovered his passion for real estate. Harout also helped thousands of clients restructure debt, build structures, and gain relief from distressed properties. He has drawn upon these experiences to always find creative business solutions. As the CEO/Principal Broker of JohnHart, he has continued to redefine norms with an insatiable appetite to give his clients the excellent service and attention to detail they deserve.
