As a developer, investor and builder with successful experience in residential and commercial real estate, Harley has purchased and sold millions of dollars of property and buildings. Harley puts his experience to work for others to help them make informed decisions about buying and/or selling. He services Teton Valley (Idaho) and the Jackson Hole (Wyoming) areas, as well as Idaho’s upper valley area including Rexburg, St. Anthony, Ashton and Island Park. - As an investor, Harley has done several 1031 exchanges, made farm and ranch acquisitions, and built several commercial and industrial buildings. - As a developer, Harley has worked with some of the top professionals in land planning and wildlife biology. He has collaborated with land trust companies, acquiring knowledge about conservation easements. Harley has developed commercial, industrial, residential and planned unit developments. - As a builder, Harley has managed many new construction projects, as well as recycled historic structures.
