Hans Kemp has been advising life sciences organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest and other recognized scientific markets domestically and abroad for over 25 years. An Executive Vice President with CBRE, Hans is widely regarded as a leading industry expert. As one of the leaders of CBRE’s Pacific Northwest Life Science team, Hans assists his clients in multi-market transaction management, leasing, and portfolio strategies, His diverse experience in all facets of corporate real estate, including lease negotiations, structured financing, build-to-suit developments, purchase and sale, and strategic consulting assignments, spans multiple industry sectors, giving him depth of knowledge in his strategic recommendations.
Hans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed real estate sales person in Washington and Oregon.
