Hannah Curran is a Associate in Retail Properties Advisory and Transaction Services in Orange County. Hannah joined CBRE in December 2021 and has launched into the market, assisting her team in representing property owners and tenants throughout Southern California. Prior to joining CBRE, Hannah spent 4 years as a leasing associate at BC Urban, managing the team’s property database of over 35 acres and several hundred thousand feet of office and retail space. During her assignment, Hannah worked on the sale of the Redondo Beach Monstad Pier leasehold and increased Pier Plaza’s office occupancy 10 percent during the 2020/2021 global pandemic.
