Mr. Pollard has over 15 years of direct experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, and portfolio management. He provides comprehensive strategic and agnostic advisory services to a group of investment clients. This investment platform focuses on advising clients on all aspects of investing in fee simple real estate assets.
Prior to joining California Investments, Mr. Pollard served in a multitude of roles that included but were not limited to investments in commercial real estate, management of expansive portfolios, and procurement of a multitude of acquisitions as well as development, construction and leasing. Mr. Pollard has held a variety of impressive positions within the real estate industry. He was Vice President of the Industrial Division of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm. He also was the Founder and Managing Partner of the Haynford Hall Companies, a boutique real estate advisory firm that focused on portfolio management for a group of high net worth individuals and family offices. He served as Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). While employed with this REIT, Mr. Pollard’s duties included management in excess of $300 million dollars in more than 3 million square feet of acquisitions and development.
Mr. Pollard is unique in that he provides the expertise of an institutional background while maintaining a progressive entrepreneurial spirit. These skills were acquired through extensive strategic relationships within the real estate industry. His advice to clients is unsurpassed due to this broad spectrum of experience.
Mr. Pollard holds a B.A. in Business with concentration on management from the Pennsylvania State University. He has served in a variety of leadership and board roles throughout his career and is active in the development of young leaders, serving in advisory roles with the local Boys and Girls Clubs.
