Hamilton is an established individual in the Birmingham market with more than 10 years of real estate experience. At SRS, he focuses on tenant and landlord representation.
Prior to joining SRS, Hamilton represented multiple retailers in their expansions throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle for Retail Specialists LLC. He has worked closely with many key players in the industry including property owners, as well as regional and national retailers. He has also helped many municipalities with their efforts to bring retailers to the city. Prior to that, he worked with The Shopping Center Group where he was responsible for the leasing and selling of retail space, gas stations, and convenience stores as well as working in the landlord services division concentrating on property management.
Hamilton is a lifetime resident of Birmingham who graduated from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
