As the Director of Operations, she supports the daily and long-term needs of the Carolinas Investment Sales team. Working alongside five senior partners, her focus is on strategy and solutions to expand market share across the Carolinas and foster client relationships. She oversees a team of associates, analysts, coordinators, and designers responsible for executing day-to-day operations and business needs. Her career in commercial real estate began in 2018 with the same team she works with today. Finding joy in being part of the "bigger picture" and helping others reach their goals is her daily mission at Northmarq. A native of Charlotte and a proud graduate of UNC Charlotte, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to excellence to her role.
