He is with the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division, Fort Myers, as a member of this dynamic sales team. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida in the Commercial field for the past 35 years. He specializes in assisting his clients to fulfill their real estate needs and investments. Some of the major areas in which he provides his knowledge and expertise are site selections, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, assemblage of parcels for development, and assisting his clients through the entitlement process. Presently, he serves on the Board for EROC, Executive Regulatory Oversight Committee, for the Lee County Board of County Commissioners; member and past Executive Committee member with Real Estate Investment Society, REIS; member and past committee member in forming Commercial Investment Professionals, CIP; Past Chairman of Cape Coral Council for Progress; Fort Myers Board of Realtors; and National Association of Realtors, NAR. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with two B.S. Degrees in Marketing and Management. He is married to his lovely wife, Pam, for 39 years and has two daughters, Jaclyn, with her husband, Mark, Two Grandchildren, Annalena and Silas, in Denver, Colorado; and Cari is the Event Manager for the GOOGLE Office in New York City.
