Her contribution extends to supporting the Investment Team by organizing agendas and managing high-level project templates.
Before joining Finial Group, Hailey demonstrated her prowess in commercial real estate valuation as an Associate Appraiser at National Appraisal Partners. Her responsibilities there included performing detailed valuations and full inspections of various property types, from retail and office spaces to industrial and multi-family units.
Hailey’s corporate journey also includes a significant tenure at Dell, where she excelled in inside sales. During her time there, she received multiple promotions and consistently surpassed her sales targets, showcasing her exceptional sales acumen and dedication to achieving business goals.
She is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, focusing on Finance and Real Estate, with a minor in Business. While at university, Hailey was an active member of Aggie Sweethearts, a nonprofit service organization, reflecting her commitment to community involvement.
At Finial Group, Hailey continues to leverage her extensive skills and experience to drive operational efficiency and strategic marketing efforts, supporting the President & CEO and the executive team in their pursuit of excellence.
