Hagen has been a resident of Hillsborough County since he was six years old when his grandfather brought his family over from Germany after World War II. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy (on the LSD 32 USS Spiegel Grove) and after being honorably discharged went to work for Tampa Electric which turned into a 36 year career prior to retiring. His second career began July 1, 2002 when Dolphin Realty, Inc. purchased their Coldwell Banker franchise and started building a great team of sales associates. As Qualifying Broker, Hagen's job is to provide service, training, company image, promotion and advertising in the community on behalf of all of their sales associates.
