As an associate, Haden’s primary focus lies in tenant representation, facilitating connections between landlords and top-tier retailers in the Southeastern markets. Haden is a trusted advisor to numerous national restaurant and healthcare brands including Golden Chick, MB2Dental, Pizza Hut and Smoothie King.
Over the course of his career, Haden has primarily focused on food & beverage management in addition to owning a food truck called Bayou Bros. Haden founded The Annex Culinary Incubator where he leased six kitchen spaces by the hour to more than three dozen businesses during its existence. Haden brings a unique perspective with experience as both a business owner and in leasing as well as strong relationships built with local and regional players. Haden previously worked with Retail Specialists as a property manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s mixed-use, multi-family assets.
