Bio
Wisdom, dedication, and honesty are three words that would best describe a few of my traits. I am a native Chicagoan with roots all across the city and suburbs. As a child I lived in Humboldt Park until the age of 11 and moved to the Lakeview area, (only if my parents would have purchased those three commercial buildings!), Portage Park, Jefferson Park, and now the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood. In addition to living in various parts of the north and northwest side, family members were very well dispersed in the Chicagoland area, and has been an asset in being familiar with areas as far north as Waukegan, as far south as Richton Park, as far west as the growing town of Oswego and everything in between. Growing up in Chicago meant that I attended public schools, first at Moose Elementary, then Hamilton Elementary, and Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center for High School. As a college student I attended Columbia College for my freshman year and finished off at Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Immediately upon graduation I reenrolled at Northeastern where I later earned my Master’s degree as a Reading Specialist. Currently, I am in the process of obtaining my doctoral degree in administration and supervision. The study of homes and the marketplace is also something that I am intrigued with. I have always admired the hidden diamonds that I had driven by since I was a child and having the opportunity to show them and make someone’s dream come true today is marvelous. I first became an agent five years ago in 2002 working with Coldwell Banker, then First Chicago Real Estate, and now Century 21 SGR, where every client is special. My reputation as a sincerely hardworking agent has brought me a steady stream of clients, where they become a part of my family and friends.
