Gunda and her husband Mike both attained Masters Degrees' in Finance and Marketing, working since 1993 as financial advisors at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. In 2004 they opened a mortgage banking company, providing financing for residential and commercial projects of all sizes. Statewide Realty was formed in 2009 to offer real estate services to our client base. They offered advice for the purpose of acquiring investment properties and creating highly profitable real estate investment portfolios
