In 2011, Ms Romero helped found Cooperative Preferred Realty Group in Jersey City. She has grown her office and has over 30 agents dedicated to working in the community. The office specializes in sales, rentals, short sales, investment properties, REO's and property management. Grisell Romero is a sales and marketing professional with a secession of accomplishments to her name spanning more than ten years in sales and marketing across the real estate and marketing industries. With a strong interest in real estate sales and special project management in the real estate sector, She has demonstrated her deep insight and capacity to hone in on, and capitalize on current trends in the marketplace. A dynamic presenter, She has extensive and diverse sales experience in trade shows, business-to-business, open houses, marketing and advertising, and has had extraordinary success in reactivating dormant client associations.
In 2004, She joined JAB Real Estate Investment Group, a residential multi-family property owner-as Acquisition Analyst and Chief Executive Officer. This role provided the gateway for her to leverage sound business development strategies and advanced client relationship management skills, together with a strong networking forte and dexterity to bring sales negotiations to fruition. She showed herself to be a highly contributing team member with outstanding success in expanding the company’s client base, and in effectively boosting annual revenue outcomes.
In 2008 she joined Northern Funding,a hard money lending institution as a Loan Servicer. She used her real estate expertise to dispose of nonperforming loans and distressed collateral in a challenging market. she helped reduce loss and generate revenue. She was dedicated to helping owners and lenders avoid the lengthy and costly process of foreclosure and the stressful act of eviction that follows.
