Bio
Mullins is a 1999 business graduate of LSU’s E.J. Ourso College of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in marketing and a minor in public relations. Additionally, he is a 1995 graduate of Catholic High School. In 2010, Mullins earned his CCIM designation. Mullins began his commercial real estate career in New Orleans in January of 2000 as a broker with Latter & Blum. With this firm, he learned the commercial real estate business from the ground up. In September 2001, Mullins relocated to New York City where he eventually began working for the global commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield (www.cushwake.com) as a real estate analyst on the Citigroup account (NYSE: C). In April 2005, Mullins relocated to Dallas. Here he continued his work as a real estate analyst with the real estate investment banking firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (NYSE: HF). In 2006, Mullins returned to his hometown of Baton Rouge to join Beau Box Commercial Real Estate. He worked there for seven and a half years. In August 2013, Mullins was able to bring to fruition his long-term goal of owning his own commercial real estate firm where long-term client relationships are the rule. Hence, Grey Mullins Commercial Properties began. Mullins’ professional memberships include the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition, the CCIM Institute (CCIM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mullins participates in his community through involvement with Saint Aloysius Catholic Church, Saint James Episcopal Day School, LSU’s Tiger Athletic Foundation and numerous other local organizations.
