Gretchen is a licensed real estate broker and has over 35 years of asset management, commercial brokerage, and property management experience. Gretchen also has over 25 years of experience in providing real estate consulting services to telecommunications clients. Gretchen’s commercial experience includes sales and leasing of retail, office, warehouse, industrial and land as well as build to suit projects and property management. Gretchen was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010.
Gretchen has been active in the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors and is a former President of the Association and Realtor of the Year. She also has served on the Board of Directors and the Budget Committee as well as other committees. She has also been active in the Louisiana Realtor Association and has served on the Executive Team. Gretchen was appointed by the Governor and served a six year term on the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Currently Gretchen is now serving her third term as an elected member of the Monroe, Louisiana City Council.
