As the Principal Broker for Realty Executives Showcase, I have more than 27 years of real estate industry experience, I have owned and operated successful title insurance, lending, and real estate brokerages and have overseen nearly 65,000 real estate related transactions. This experience provides me with the ability to navigate through the complexities of today's real estate market. I work with First Time and seasoned buyers. I expertly list homes in the luxury markets and also speacialize in Short Sales, REO - Real Estate Owned/Bank Owned Properties and Foreclosures and have a certification with the National Association of REALORS® for Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources and is a Certified Default Resolution Specialist with America's Home Rescue (AHR) and is a buyer and seller's agent.
