Prior to forming Ark Row Industrial Partners, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), a publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for the investment and operations of multiple markets across the country, including the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the company’s predecessor, Terreno Capital Partners, Greg acquired and sold over $900 million of infill industrial properties and managed a portfolio of over 7 million square feet. Prior to his time with Terreno, Greg was a manager at a multi-billion dollar investment firm in the Bay Area. Greg graduated with a BA from UCLA and has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Greg is a Bay Area native, growing up in Marin County, California where he currently resides with his wife and two young sons.
