BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
In addition to his two entrepreneurial ventures - G2 Realty Advisors, LLC and RIAVA, Inc. - Greg has held production and management level positions with Colliers International, Grubb and Ellis, Wachovia, Nomura Asset Capital, Capital Company of America, Q10 Capital, and Deloitte.
He was a conference committee member of The Florida State University’s Center for Real Estate Education and Research from 2011 through 2015, and also served as an adjunct professor of real estate studies at Miami- Dade College. He has also been a panelist and speaker at various local, state-wide, and regional commercial real estate events.
Greg graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University in 1988. Since graduating, he has successfully completed more than 50 real-estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute, accredited universities, and others.
