Bio
Greg brings 40+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and development. Greg first joined CBRE in 1981 and later was part of the team that opened CBRE’s Corporate Services office in Palo Alto. Greg specializes in representing clients in the High Technology and Industrial Sector. He has been involved in corporate real estate transactions in every major market in the western U.S., across other domestic markets and overseas. In addition, he has represented corporate clientele from all over the world. His current focus is representing companies on the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley submarkets. While at CBRE, Greg completed or was actively engaged in assignments for such major clients as Apple Inc., General Motors, Tyco International, Tyco Electronics, Cintas, Allstate Insurance, the University of California, Hewlett-Packard, Citigroup, Motorola and Kateeva.
Greg has a thorough understanding of all phases of the real estate cycle from land/building acquisition and project development through leasing and disposition. He has also held positions in acquisitions, development and leasing for several institutional development firms, including ProLogisTrust (NYSE: “PLD”), whereas the Corporate Facilities Officer for the nine-state Pacific Region, he completed nearly 1.5 million square feet of build-to-suit transactions for institutional clients including: barnesandnoble.com, Select Comfort, Treasure Chest Advertising, Komatsu America, University Art, Ryobi and Bunzl PLC.
