Bio
Gregory Cohen strives to be the ideal broker - one who makes sure to educate his clients on the market, is aggressive in getting what they want, and is able to make magic happen with every type of deal. He is a unique caliber of professional who provides 24/7 service and attention to his clients no matter what their real estate needs. Gregory even manages properties for clients from around the world and picks up phone calls at all times of the night. "My investors and other clients are loyal to me because they know I am here for them. I will not sleep until I find you the ideal property, or until your unit has sold!" With 17 years of seasoned real estate experience, which has primarily involved managing small boutique firms, Gregory has trained successful agents as well as satisfied countless clients. He has worked with investors, buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey winning them over with his tenacious approach, strategic marketing, and outstanding service. Real estate has always been Gregory's profession and passion. At the age of 22, he sold his first building for $12.8 million to the Lefrak organization, then bought his first apartment at the Charleston Condo on East 34 Street. Gregory has also lived all over the city including the downtown Wall Street area to the Upper East Side, before moving to New Jersey, so he knows the entire area intimately. After purchasing personal property west of the Hudson, Gregory decided to build upon his expertise and expand his footprint into the thriving real estate market in New Jersey. Within a few months, he had already closed on a property in the Dixon Mills Building in Downtown, Jersey City. Clearly, success breeds success. Though his real estate work is consuming, Gregory does take time to play tennis, spend time at the beach, and explore the great underground restaurants and mom-and-pop shops around New York City. He is also active in the Tau Kappa Epsilon business fraternity with over 250 chapters across the U.S.
