Gregor graduated in Land Economy from Paisley University in 2000 and then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002 in London. Gregor has a well-established reputation within the London commercial property sector with 16 years experience. Gregor trained at Fletcher King Plc (Chartered Surveyors) in Mayfair as an Asset Manager for his first 2 years and quickly moved into the investment advisory business of a niche practice, Rohleder Lumby, in Old Bond Street. He was then appointed as a West end Investment Advisor at BNP Paribas Real Estate for a successful 9 years in a role primarily focussing on advising high net worth clients, family offices and property companies on the acquisition and disposal of London commercial property investments. The majority of Gregor's client base are overseas investors from the Middle East, Europe and Hong Kong. Gregor was the leading Investment Advisor in the West End division of BNP Paribas with a number of high profile deals including acquiring in 2013 Stratton House, Mayfair for £60m for a well-known Hong Kong Investor, 11 Strand at £66m in 2014 for a private far Eastern investor, then in 2015 the sale of the award winning designed, 11 Baker Street for Ahli Bank at £95m and the acquisition of 21 Hanover Square, Mayfair at £28m for a Middle Eastern client.
