Bio
Gregg Poetz is Senior Vice President of Leasing for Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG) and is based in our Indianapolis office. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day activities of the Leasing Department. Gregg has been employed at KRG since 1997 and has been in the real estate business since 1989. He manages various aspects of the business including: leasing anchor spaces, new developments, small shops and outparcels. Prior to joining KRG, Gregg was employed by Simon Property Group for eight years, where he worked in the peripheral development department. Gregg graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate in 1989.
