A nationally recognized office tenant representation expert, Gregg specializes in headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, incentive negotiations, and acquisition planning. His background as both a former landlord/developer representative and a long-tenured tenant advisor allows him to deliver unique insight from both sides of every transaction, helping occupiers navigate dynamic markets and achieve transformational, data-driven outcomes.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Gregg partners closely with top brokers Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis, forming a powerhouse team focused on portfolio optimization, operational performance, and long-term client success across Atlanta and the U.S.
Deeply engaged in the community, Gregg is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) of Georgia and South Carolina and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Foundation. He is also a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and a graduate of Georgia State University.
