Gregg Lurie is the founding principal of Creative Realty Group, LLC, a Miami, FL based real estate company specializing in retail tenant representation, strategic planning, market analysis, lease negotiation, portfolio review and disposition services both in Southeast Florida and across the country. In addition, the group develops and acquires a broad range of real estate assets from retail shopping centers to multi-family residential and hotel projects.
Gregg has overseen all aspects of Creative Realty Group, LLC’s portfolio of activities since founding the company over 20 years ago in Cleveland, Ohio.
Gregg has also developed a range of projects from a boutique hotel on Miami Beach to residential communities in Northeast Ohio and shopping centers in Florida.
