Gregg M. Feinberg graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1983.
After working as a corporate attorney for 5 years for a local company, he became a sole practitioner and then a partner in the firm of Black, McCarthy, Eidelman and Feinberg. Since 1997, Gregg has worked actively as a commercial and industrial real estate developer and is a principal in Ridgeview Limited Partners and multiple real estate partnerships. Gregg has developed over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space including renovations of urban space such as the Design Center in South Bethlehem, preservation of the Johnson Machinery Building and award winning corporate space such as the CAI Corporate Park and institutional space such as the new Information Technology Center at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
