In 2005, Greg was named a Partner in the Retail Division of Hamilton Partners. He has worked to identify and pursue new development and acquisition opportunities nationally. He has also negotiated letters of intent, purchase contracts, leases, joint venture partnership agreements and municipal ordinance amendments.
Prior to becoming a Partner, Greg worked as Hamilton Partners’ Chief Information Officer. In his role as CIO, he was responsible for leadership, critical decisions and execution of services provided by the information technology department and financial analysis group enterprise-wide.
