Greg Vanlerberghe started his career in 2004 representing local and national retail tenants at Sperry Van Ness and DeRito Partners before transitioning into commercial real estate with DBSI. After joining LevRose, Greg has specialized in assisting financial institutions with expansion strategies and site selection, while continuing to represent tenants in retail spaces. Throughout his career, Greg also represented numerous banks providing him with in-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
As an active member of the community, Greg devotes his time to serving on boards and coaching youth sports. His educational background includes a degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
