Greg is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and in addition, holds a Master Peace Officers License from the State of Texas. He oversees the operations of each asset as an owner, and through his staff, he oversees the onsite management company's operations. Greg also personally invests his own equity into all of our acquisitions. Greg was awarded a Purple Heart in 1997 after being wounded in the line of duty as a police officer and recently retired with the rank of Deputy Chief with a major metropolitan law enforcement agency in Texas and is still very active in law enforcement as a police officer for a suburban police department in the San Antonio area.
