Gregory Sobol, principal and broker of record, has 20 years experience specializing in retail leasing, tenant representation, the sale of shopping centers, as well as land for shopping center development. He has represented several major landlords, and consummated deals with hundreds of well known retailers. Some of the tenants Gregory has done deals with are, Walmart, Sams, CVS Pharmacy, P.C. Richard, Staples, Wendy's, Mc Donalds, Pep Boys, and Shop Rite. He is tenacious, and once he starts a project, he does not stop until it is successfully leased or sold. Before founding Tri State Commercial, Inc. with John Montagna in 1995, Gregory was with the Evergreen Agency for seven years, and held the title of Director of Retail.
