Greg is a broker focusing in retail brokerage. Since 2007, he has completed over 80 transactions in Northern Colorado comprising over $20 million in sales volume. Greg’s experience also includes work with CBRE in Los Angeles. While there, he provided real estate services to owners and tenants in California and across the country. This experience included representing the Lobster ME Restaurant concept in Las Vegas, leasing space in the 330,00 SF Iowa River Landing Development in Iowa City, and providing consulting services to the Lewis Development Company in Los Angeles. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa and master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a current CCIM Candidate. He provides retail brokerage and strategic planning services to owners, tenants, and investors across Northern Colorado.
