Greg has been in the commercial real estate industry over 22 years. He began his real estate career in 1985 as a leasing agent for a 23 story office building in St Louis Missouri. He received his broker for Hallwood Commercial Real Estate. Greg has spent his entire career specializing in primarily office and industrial buildings and received his Certified Commercial Investment designation in November 1996.
His experience includes, industrial sales and leasing, office sales and leasing, retail sales and leasing, land sales, and investment sales. He has been involved in transactions with Heritage Hotel Group, General Electric, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Anteon Corp., Volunteers of America, Boise Cascade, Qwest Communications Corp, Laufen International, Orkin Pest Control, Reed Elsevier, Chicago Title Company, Western Blue Corporation, Wells Publishing, Equity Programs, Paychecks, Reynen and Bardis Development, Krauses Sofa Factory, Dominos Pizza, and numerous other National, Regional, and local companies.
