Bio
Paparis is a corporate real estate advisor who specializes in sale-leaseback transactions and partners with investment banks, equity sponsors, business owners and various advisors to assist with their real estate needs. Much of his work involves executing sale leasebacks or real estate financing alongside M&A transactions. He brings a strong background in finance and a deep knowledge of commercial real estate. Before entering real estate, Paparis worked at a Big 4 accounting firm where he specialized in transaction tax refunds. There, he led a team of consultants to secure millions of dollars in savings for businesses in various industries, including several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Paparis worked in the accounting and finance department of a real estate investment firm, where he earned his CPA designation.
