Mr. Nassir is a commercial real estate broker with a tried and proven background in complex transactions both nationally and locally along the 101, 134, & 210 freeways in Los Angeles. Locally spanning as far as Thousand Oaks to the west and the Tri Cities of Pasadena, Glendale, & Burbank on out to the San Gabriel Valley in the east. Greg’s 20 year track record of success has allowed him to partner with a broad range of clients like Providence Health Systems, Bank of America, Canon, Azusa Pacific University, Holland America, and Princess Cruise Lines among other. Prior to joining CBRE, Greg parlayed that experience into a commercial real estate career at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Downtown Los Angeles Office representing both occupiers and landlords.
Greg combines his value added knowledge of commercial real estate and proven negotiation skills to consistently win and grow occupier and landlord representation partnerships.
