Bio
Greg Meyer, a partner at Anchor Associates, joined the company in 2005 as a specialist in tenant representation. Over the past 12 years, he has executed transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet and has worked in various capacities across 15 states.
He has represented some of the country’s most noteworthy and desired tenants, ranging from traditional anchor tenants such as JCPenney, Lowe’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods to popular restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse and growing specialty tenants Athleta, Kendra Scott and Apple.
His extensive client list also includes Top Golf, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, CarMax, PetSmart, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Suit Supply, Tile Shop, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Aspen Dental, FedEx, Thornton’s, Bubbas 33, Cooper’s Hawk and White Castle.
Working with this broad national client base, Greg has developed invaluable relationships with some of the country’s top REITs, developers and other landlords including Simon, CBL & Associates, GGP, Olsham Properties, Washington Prime Trust, Developers Diversified, Casto, Continental, Brixmor, Steiner + Associates and more.
A graduate of Ohio University, Greg is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and ChainLinks Retail Advisors. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. He is also a member of Cincinnati’s Professional Leadership Network (PLN) which assists the Dan Beard Council for the Boy Scouts of America in preparing today’s youth to be tomorrow’s leaders.
