A natural leader with passionate dedication, Greg Marx has excelled in a variety of roles, including professional organizations, NAIOP, Toastmasters, and sports clubs. Greg has become involved in the various facets of real estate beginning in 2010 when his career began at Sierra Linda Developments. There, Mr. Marx assisted with land entitlement services, as well as commercial property management and leasing. In 2013, he joined Colliers International where he assisted industrial and office specialists. Greg joined Voit Real Estate Services in 2014 as an integral member cross-trained in Voit’s many client service teams, including asset management, market research, and Industrial Leasing & Sales. Regularly the first in and last out of the office, Greg earned Voit’s “Grinder Award” 3 year’s in a row. Greg has risen swiftly at Voit and is the San Diego Office’s youngest Senior Vice President. Backed by Voit’s extensive resources, Greg has in depth market knowledge and insight into trends affecting real estate decisions. Greg is known for his competitive spirit and strong work ethic, ensuring that all of his clients' sales and leasing objectives will be met.
