Bio
Greg Kolb is an Advisor at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate based in Colorado Springs. He focuses on multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties for the Springs and other southern Colorado markets.
Greg brings a unique background to the commercial real estate space. His experience includes a blend of military, corporate, and investment research. He is able to help clients identify, analyze, and make the best investment decisions to maximize their portfolios. Throughout his career Greg has learned the value of listening to stakeholders and identifying their pain points to deliver innovative solutions.
Greg spent the last eight years serving in the U.S. Army as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment. During his time as an Army Ranger, Greg completed four combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His accomplishments include being awarded the Bronze Star Medal and completing Ranger School, the U.S. military’s most grueling leadership course, at the age of 40.
Prior to the military, Greg spent time as a sell-side equity research analyst covering European cable and broadcast media and later as the Director of Product Management for a local fiber optic network provider. He has a B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a combined MS/MA in Finance and Economics from the University of Colorado – Denver.
When Greg is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, skiing, golfing, and equity investing
