Mr. Kanter has been in Real Estate for over 10 years and has developed an impressive list of accomplishments. He is directly responsible for all aspects of acquisitions and development for American Properties Realty Inc., from prospecting land, negotiating the deal through the entire entitlement process.
Mr. Kanter has identified, negotiated, contracted, acquired and successfully accomplished due diligence reviews for over 30 deals worth in excess of $200 million in land value situated on approximately 600 acres, and has underwritten several other development projects for residential, hotel and commercial properties. One such project was The Element® Hotel at Ewing, where Mr. Kanter managed, implemented and directed LEEDs certification for this 131 room extended stay hotel.
