Greg’s expertise and focus has been representing corporate and local Industrial & Flex occupiers through the negotiation, execution and implementation of a lease or purchase transaction in the San Diego area, specifically central San Diego submarkets.
From 2019-PRESENT; Greg has brokered over 50 deals totaling over 500,000+ SF with a total value of over $45 Million; including 5 Sale Transactions (Buyer Representative).
In 2020, Greg represented the Tenant (Manscaped) in one of the largest Industrial leases by SF completed in the Central San Diego Market for Q1-2020. 85,824 SF with a total consideration of over $10 Million.
