Greg Grant is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets in the Debt & Structured Finance group. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Grant specializes in the sourcing, structuring and placement of mortgage financings, mezzanine loans and structured financings across the country.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Grant has been involved in over $25 billion of commercial real estate financings and has significant transaction experience with all asset classes. Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Mr. Grant was with Eastdil Secured for 11 years, where he focused on both single asset and large portfolio financings, primarily on behalf of institutional investors.
With a strategic emphasis on the West Coast, Mr. Grant works closely with CBRE’s Los Angeles Institutional Properties group and San Francisco Debt & Structured Finance team to provide a comprehensive solution to client capitalization needs. Mr. Grant holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.
