CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Greg is a member of CBRE | Richmond’s commercial brokerage team with a specialization in industrial properties. He assists users and owners of industrial, distribution, flex, and land, with acquisition, disposition, leasing, and consulting. Greg works throughout Central Virginia and specializes in Richmond, Chesterfield County, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Prince George County, and Dinwiddie County. Greg has held a real estate license since 2004, has been active in commercial real estate markets since 2006, and earned his broker’s license in 2013.
CAREER SUMMARY
Greg began his career in commerical real esatate with Harrison & Bates (Grubb& Ellis affiliate 2006-20012, Colliers affiliate 2012-2013) before joining CBRE|Richmond in 2013. Greg has been a CoStar Power Broker in 2008, 2009, and 2010. He received the Emerald Award for production level with Harrison & Bates in 2009 and the Bronze level for production in 2011. Greg has focused on learning the product and the people in his market. This is evdienced by his involvement in the Greater Richmond Chamber''s Executive Committee, his role as past Chair of the Chesterfield Business Council, and by his involvement on the Chesterfield Economic Development Advisory Committee. Greg maintains strong relationships with local Economic Development Groups and County officials. Greg is also a member of the Leadership Advisory Board for First Tee and the Community Advisory Board for St. Francis Medical Center which is a part of Bon Secours.
EDUCATION
Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with a major in marketing. He is a gradutate of The Hill School in Pottstown, PA.
