Bio
Mr. Clauson has gained extensive experience in the real estate industry from various different perspectives culminating in an industry professional that understands the process of being a full service real estate commercial associate from, but not limited to, site selection, governmental approvals, financial analysis, and familiarity with the ability to structure complex, non-traditional transactions.
This aptitude is the result of several years in the industry as a Chief Operating Officer for a real estate development company requiring an extensive business knowledge pertaining to the evaluation and operations of potential ventures while subsequently translating this experience to the benefit of his current clients.
Additionally, Mr. Clauson played a dominant role in the creation and administration of the local Land Development Code as he chaired the Local Planning Agency for eight years. This tenure not only produced relationships within the governmental structure, but also insights into the Development Order process that served him well in his role as the lead person within the company when seeking developmental approvals.
He has formed many relationships with large instutional investors as well as REITs.
