Greg has a combined 37 years of experience in the building and real estate industry. He started out working with a framing and cornice construction crew to running a home building company and currently is the broker and owner of Living Stone Properties; a local real estate company, located in downtown Lawrenceville.
Greg currently holds a real estate broker’s license, is a CCIM designee/member, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Board of Realtors, and has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. Greg has helped hundreds of families over the years in buying or selling homes in the Northeast Atlanta area. He has been an integral part of helping local builders and developers in procuring land as well as developed lots. He is also an active Commercial Real Estate Broker, assisting in the acquisition and disposition of properties. Greg has always displayed a hardworking and honest work ethic. He has developed strong business relationships throughout the building, development, and real estate industry. He has been featured for four years in Gwinnett Magazine’s “People to Know” edition. Greg has adopted the motto: “Winners do the things losers refuse to do.”
On a personal note, Greg is very involved in the community as well as his church. He attends Hebron Baptist Church. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett County which is one of the most influential civic organizations in Gwinnett County. He was a member of the Lawrenceville Kiwanis Club for 13 years. In the Kiwanis Club Greg served as Secretary, Vice President, President, and Lieutenant Governor for the 19th District of the Georgia District of Kiwanis as well as being the “Kiwanian of the Year” for 1996 and 1998. He is a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Chamber, and a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, a leadership program facilitated by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He is also a current board member of the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation. He served on the Gwinnett 2014 and the 2016-2017 SPLOST Citizens Project Selection Committee.
