He also sells land for developers and build-to-suit clients. As a 40-year commercial real estate veteran, Greg has built a career in industrial leasing and sales throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He has been focused on landlord and principal ownership side since 1981 with a concentration working on behalf of owners, which has created a loyal portfolio of investors and developers including GE Capital, Prologis, and The Grocers Supply. He has completed over 5,000 acres of land sales for developers and investors and brings a strong background in investment portfolio sales of industrial property. Major landlord representation projects include 1.1M SF former Tom Thumb distribution center in Garland, 1M SF portfolio for Prologis in Brook Hollow-Stemmons market, and the and 85 acres of area sales, in the Love Field market. He is currently overseeing portfolio investors who own and control 3M SF of property throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. This landlord representation allows him to be completely immersed and knowledgeable in all market activity throughout numerous market segments.

Greg received his bachelors of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University and participated in the FIABCI exchange program to London, England in 1980.
