His career in real estate began at 19, when he was studying Finance and Real Estate at Florida Gulf Coast University. To date he has been involved in over 150 transactions, primarily focused on office, retail, industrial, and commercial development. He has extensive knowledge with respect to market conditions in SWFL, and he is supported by a phenomenal real estate team. This has enabled him to represent several major investors and numerous property owners throughout the commercial market in SWFL. The Bernwood Portfolio was his first large-scale commercial project. Upon acquisition in 2014, the portfolio was 30 percent occupied. Today, the project stands as a stabilized asset with over 90 percent occupancy. As a team, they were able to accomplish this by working diligently with stewardship from his mentor and Broker Mike Maurer. By utilizing a multi-faceted marketing approach (print, internet, postcards, signage, etc.), having extensive market knowledge, working their relationships with surrounding businesses/agents, and always being available, they were able to significantly exceed their client’s expectations.
Before taking on a new project or listing, he thoroughly analyzes the subject property and determine the appropriate market research to define the properties highest and best use. This process enables him to maximize the property’s value and thus the clients objectives.
