Greg Abrams is currently serving as the Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Arizona Division of PulteGroup, overseeing operations in both Phoenix and Tucson. Prior to joining PulteGroup, he held the position of Vice President of Land at another builder in the Phoenix market, where he was responsible for land acquisition, planning, and development operations. During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding the division’s store count from fewer than 10 to nearly 35. Additionally, Greg was appointed by Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton to the Development Advisory Board in 2014, where he provides guidance to City Management on development-related policy matters.
